How to apply the grant?

We are the first and only ISO 9001-certified Google Partner badged website design agency in Malaysia

Get a quotation from an authorised digitalisation partner like us. Prepare your SSM documents, bank statement, and company profile. Submit your application online through BSN. Once approved, you’ll only need to pay 50% of the project cost — the government subsidises the remaining amount, up to RM5,000. After payment, we’ll proceed to deliver the agreed digital marketing services. It’s that easy to start digitalising your business with the MSME Digital Grant MADANI.

Application & Selection

MSMEs/cooperatives can apply for the grant through the Funding Societies portal, selecting the digital services from our Digitalisation Partners (DP). We typically apply on behalf of the client to minimise errors and resubmissions.

Approval Process

Funding Societies will review applications. Approved MSMEs/cooperatives will be notified and must make payment for the selected services within 14 days via a specific payment link. If MSMEs fail to do so, we will need to reapply for the grant.

Payment & Service Delivery

Upon payment, we will deliver the digital services (website design, SEO and Google Ads) to the MSMEs and cooperatives and submit a claim form with proof of delivery. The grant covers 50% of the invoiced amount or up to RM5,000.00.
